72 EDITOR’S MESSAGE One of the greatest accomplishments of young men and women is that of achievement. Pre- ceding achievement is the challenge which is encountered everyday through educational expe- riences and dedication to the attainment of personal goals. With a hard working staff, we have endeavored to mark our achievements by capturing in photographs and words the memories of personal observations, and the projections of the thoughts and experiences we have witnessed throughout this year. On behalf of the Bulldog Staff, I wish to express deep appreciation to our parents and spon- sors who have sacrificed so much that we may be here; and to our instructors who have taught us to reason and to be firm in all matters. I wish to leave with you a thought which has been widely proclaimed; ‘Individuals are characterized by originality, variety, and independence.” The Bulldog Staff has attempted to be original in its presentation, to have variety in capturing events, and to be independent in itself. We do hope you will enjoy our presentation. i Howard Johnson
