DEDICATION The Sophomore Class proudly dedicates the 1968 Bulldog to Mrs. Marie Allen with thankfulness for her untiring services and helpful guidance. Mrs. Allen worked as maid for the former President, Mr. Phillip R. Cousin, from 1960 to 1965. In 1965 she became a member of the college dietary staff. She possesses many fine qualities for which she has gained much respect from those around her. Mrs. Allen is well liked by the student body and is always ready to give of her time, her devotion, and her assistance to anyone who seeks it. With pride and gratitude we, the Sophomore Class of 1967-68, again acknow- ledge you, Mrs. Marie Allen, one who has made us realize that we should “‘stand tall” and be proud for what we are, who we are, and where we are. You have cer- tainly been a great asset to the Kittrell College Family.

M FOREWORD Swiftly, inevitably college days pass into semesters, into years, and finally into the bitter-sweet moments of commencement. The memories of these two eventful years are stirred now and again when we recall early ambitions, successes and failures, friendships, fresh- man beanies, instructors, basketball games, meetings, dances, grade- points, cafeteria lines, and countless other events. The Yearbook Staff and the Sophomore class take pride in pre- senting the 1968 Bulldog, an abstract collection of the people and events that filled our final year as members of the unique Kittrell College Family. We invite you to frequently turn these pages and re-live with fond- ness your days at K.J.C.
