BOARD OF ACTIVITIES Seated: Dr. T. L. Kirkwood, W. Bay Irvine, R. A. Strang, M. I. Wingard, M. Heilman, B. King, Josephine VViIson, C. W. Cranmer, Henry Hudson. Slandingz H. Yount, L. Cravener, E. Bowser. For seventeen years, the Board of Activities has been successfully accomplishing its purpose: to promote the efficiency of all school activities through a unification of control. When we consider that all extra-curricular activities-athletic schedules, dances, and gym Carnivals, to mention a few-must meet with the approval of this board, we realize its importance to school life. The membership of the board consists of two representatives from each of the three classes of the Senior High School, two faculty members, one alumnus, one member of the Board of Education, the Superintendent, and the Principal of the high school. Meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month. We, the CLASS OF '38, are very happy, therefore, to take this opportunity to thank this group of twelve for their large part in making our high school years so enjoyable. Page Tfwenly-Three
