Quill and Scroll The Quill and Scroll is a National Honorary society for high school journalists. This organization was established in the Kirksville High School in 1926. The purpose oflthis organization is to further interest and activity in journalistic works in high school. This society became an international organization this year when a chapter was organized in England. Eleven new members were taken in this year.
