Sigma fPhi Sigma I Q., L5 3, I 'Q B gf!! fs fl , rf' Ll .,, Wa... URING the past year, as in other years, the members of Sigma Phi Sigma have, collectively and individually, worked for better fellowship among all students. Several ideas have been introduced through them that have directly affected the student body. Since the organization is made up of students, some one capable of seeing things from the student viewpoint was deemed necessary, this meant something new in the fraternity in the way of an 'honorary member. This member must be a man respected by the student body. Such a man is Dr. H. V. Halladay. During the period of two years that Dr. Halladay has been with us he has done much for our development as well as for the development and realization of ideas that would probably have been impossible without his aid. He has not only been a counsel for the fraternity as a whole, and for individuals in Sigma Phi Sigma, but he has been the source of much well given advice to the entire student body. We fully appreciate the good he has accomplished for us all. The original ideals of Sigma Phi Sigma were to instill a cofoperative spirit into the students of A. S. O. While all has not been without criticism, we feel that the ideals have been firmly established. In the future the fraternity hopes to work as it has in the past to maintain good fellowship and a fair unbiased handling of affairs of common interest. Our leaders during the last year have handled their positions in an admirable manner. Note-Preparatory to becoming a National organization the name of Sigma Phi Sigma has been changed to Sigma Sigma Phi. I Page 152
