. . . And Continues . . MR. FORAKER Superintendent MR. SCOTT Principal A number of changes have been noted at KHS with the arrival of Mr. Ted Foraker as Superintendent. A very unique class schedule was adopted with most subjects scheduled for a two-hour block of time. Some subjects, notably the foreign languages, shorthand, senior math, band, and vocal remaining 55 minutes in length. Creative writing, consumer math, physical science, family living, and music appreciation were among the new courses added to the curriculum. This year, the superintendent met at regular intervals with the entire teaching personnel and has encouraged increased communication between the various schools. Mr. Scott served as both High School Principal and Director of Athletics and represented KHS at most of the WKEA meetings. 3

They Serve Behind The Scenes The cooks who prepared many nutritious meals for the students and faculty are: Mrs. White, Mrs. Rose, Mrs. Werner, Mrs. Schroeter (head cook), and Mrs. Proberts. (not pictured - Mrs. Brown). Some of our bus drivers this year are: Mr. A. Smith, Mr. Andersen, Mr. J. Smith, Mr. Bieber, Mr. Blank, and Mr. Floyd.
