Ernest Oster, vice-president, NOT IN PICTURE. The Student Council is the governing body of Kinsley High School. The Student Council's first project this year was the first assembly which was the installation of Student Council officers. All the members attended the Student Council Conference at Haven. The Student Council plans the assembly programs we exchange with neighboring schools They also sponsor three social dances and trim the high school Christ-mas tree.
