A. elected the following officers: Don Elson, president; Melvin Gleason, vice-president; Robert Herron secretary; Jay White, treasurer; Terry Schaller, reporter; Gene Feldman, sentinel; and Leslie Demeritt, advisor. The F.F. A. won fifth place at the state fair with their exhibit of shop projects. Other activities during the school year were a Parent-Son Banauet, the annual barn-warmer, witn Dianne Miller queen, and the F. F. A. assembly. Sally Wilson - Vice President Homecoming t T Coyote Rooters The 1954 Pep Club had a membership of 62 girls. The club sponsored Homecoming on October 23. The theme was Blue Moon and the Queen was Jessie Barnes March 16 was the date of the annual Sock Hop held in the activity room. Jay Schaller was crowned King Teeny Piggies. Pep Club was responsible for all pep assemblies and during the year the girls presented pep skits. Under the sponsorship of Mrs. Kathryn Vaughn the Pep Club adopted a new constitution which made the club one with stricter membership.
