Activities have included repairing toys for the Children's Home in Newton, conference participation at Hugoton, presenting a Thanksgiving Assembly, furnishing a Christmas tree at the hospital, a hamburger fry, selling concessions at ball games, a spring picnic, an Easter Assembly and giving club programs. They contributed much to their school, community, and to the world. The club received its 3000 point award and completed the requirements for the 4000 point award. In addition to their usual projects of raking leaves, cleaning the trophies, etc. ; the girls sponsored the Meals for Millions, a Bundle Week, made and sent toys to an orphanage and several other projects. “K” LETTERMEN CLUB The K-Lettermen are made up of all boys who have lettered in any sport in K.H.S. They elected Gaylord Side-bottom, President: Jerry Anderson, Vice-President; and Jack Fisher, Secretary and T reasurer.
