Beulah, Ruby, Alpha, Leslie and Moree, Mary, Frank, Scott, Clare and Dessie. All leave this class for various climes, Making a change in rhymes and times. Mr. Osborne and Miss Covalt left us here. With Mr. Shearer and Miss Newlon in Sophomore year In this grade seven there would have been, But Frank and Ruth Mc and Corral made ten. We thus cling together enjoying our work, While some days we study and same days we shirk. Until May time call us away from these joys, And scatter for summer us girls and boys. September soon stopped us from rambling more, And gladly we gathered again as of yore. But Corral and Beulah and Mary and Moree, Left our bright class so full of glee. Leaving Junior, Lillian, Frank, Zona and Ruth, And Em ma alone in their search for truth. Mr. MCGuffey assisted by Woods. I-Iattie E., Guided this class quite cheerfully. Till again came the May time and lessons all said, In Dame Nature's pastures we delightfully fed. But as into the past the summertime flew, Frank and Ruth McAdam to Moran withdrew. Leaving the class composed of but four, To enter as Seniors the High School door. With Prof. McGuffey and Miss Esther Dunn, Our work was planned and well begun. So we entered, we studied, we spent many hours, In search of wisdom midst thorns and flowers. We gathered some bitter along with the sweet, As ever in life with reverses we meet. So now as we're leaving the shrine of our youth, May we each be guided by wisdom and truth. And our dear Alma Mater kind and true, VVelll bid God's speed the whole year thru.

CLASS HISTORY. Oh Kincaid, loveliest village of the plain, Where health and plenty cheers the laboring swain. Dear place of innocence and ease, Place of my youth with sports that please. How often have I wandered on thy Green, Where simple happiness endeared each scene. Sourrounded there by friendly neighboring hills, A village quaint with happy voices filled. And in this village a school did stand, A dear old building of brick and sand. In nineteen hundred seven there came, A band of workers to this house of fame. They came for truth, for visions true, Seasoned with fun as youth will do. They came they went as if to please, A higher power-the Great Unease. And now but four are left to tell, Of those once called by the old school bell. In that class of nineteen hundred eight, There were nineteen as welll relate. Junior, Zonai,1Emma and Lily, high school begin, With Beulah Shockey, Nellie Hinger, Mary Wise and Wynn Ralph Pinneo, Scott Reiber, Frank Robb and Stella Lent, Clara Anthony and Dessie Merrifield, too, in this class went. L6ona,Royse, Ruby and Alpha Davis, sisters two, With Igeslie Harkness and Moree Lucas complete the crew. T4 E.'Osborne was our Superintendent dear, As along with his wisdom he scattered his cheer. And Miss Covalt assisted in guiding our band, Asxweienteigedrour work so happy and grand. Butrwhen September called us together again, Some were missing, some added and we numbered ten. Leona, Ralph, Nellie, and Stella Lent, Were capfturedwhen Cupid his arrow sent. Right into the heart and there to stay, Others left going their separate way.
