Foreword to the 1946 Class Book It has been a deep satisfaction to preside over a Class that was relieved of the prospect of war: and the first Class which undertook,—not without some success— to discipline itself. This extension of student govern- ment, if continued, will strengthen the prefect body and enhance the prestige and influence of seniors in future years. Great credit is due to Hunter and his associates who have been chiefly responsible for the compilation of this Book.
