DICATIQ I vii' . ggi? ROBERT S. COSTILL All those associated with Kingsway Regional High School are proud and pleased with the smooth operation of our system. The man most responsible for the efficiency of this system is Mr. Robert S. Costill. Mr. Costill has been guiding the efforts of Kingsway since 1961, when he was appointed Superintendent of our school. Prior to this he had been Su- perintendent of the Swedesboro district. Other administrative experiences were gained as principal at both Pennsauken Jr. High School and Swedesboro Elementary School. Mr. Costill is a graduate of Clayton High School, class of 1939, where he lettered in football and track. A four year hitch as a coxswain in the Navy during World War II interrupted his educational pursuits. After discharge from the service, he entered Glassboro State College where he received a B.S. degree in Education. Graduate studies were completed at Temple and Rutgers Universities, where he attained a Master 's degree in Supervision and Administration. He courted and won the hand of Mildred, and the couple has had a happy marriage. They are the proud parents of Robert Jr., an electrician, and Da- vid, a recent graduate of the State Police Academy. He has one grandson, Kyle David. Mr. Costill is fond of fishing, is an avid spectator at most of our sporting events, and can often be found deep in the pages of a recent novel. He is currently a member, and past president, of the Gloucester County Superintendent Association, president of the Gloucester County Audio- Visual Commission, a member of the American Association of School Administrators, and has served as chairman of four high school evaluation committees for the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. Mr. Costill says, I am most proud of the general demeanor of Kingsway students and of the accomplishments of the many graduates who have attained success in life, and made contributions to their communities. He also indicated that he has satisfaction in the accreditation of the school by the Middle States, and the superior reputation of Kingsway High School in educational circles. He gives credit for these accomplishments to the students, parents, staff, faculty and the Kingsway community as a whole. In light of all of the dedicated efforts of Mr. Costill, we the staff, flnd it an honor to be able to dedicate the 1983 LANCER to Mr. Robert Costill. 4 , N x N

APPREC A MARIANNE A. KISELA Probably one ofthe best known of our faculty members is Marianne Kisela. Her talents are many faceted, and she has over the years been willing to help in any activity where she was needed. She has been in the fore front ofthe band, imparting her expertise to the girls for their Showtime presentations. When not busy on the football field, she tracks to the softball diamond where she capably runs the softball program. In addition, she is the president of the Kingsway Education Associ- ation and an officer in the New Jersey Education Association. She efficiently planned our fund raisers and meticulously maintained our records. She set the stage for our Prom, and this year has coordinated the long-term arrangements for the Florida trip. It is with sincere gratitude that we thank you, Marianne Kisela, for being a friend and inspiration to us all.
