Mobley Grayson, owner of Green Acres plantation at Cedar Swamp. Jerome Askins, proprietor of Askins Tavern. Martin McCrea, agricultural teacher in Lake City. Salters Tutle, sports announcer for station LANES from which Othclc' Tisdale is a featured singer. Jerry McClary and Carrie Mae Marshall, owners of The Fashion Shop on Sth Avenue. Betty Welch, head of the music department at Converse. Elinor Mclntosh, Dean off VVomen at the University of California. Buck Gulledge, head of the Transcontinental Trucking company. The press was represented by Myrtle Ritter of the County Astonisher. Marvin McCutchen, Laurice Tisdale, Elton Monk, Randolf McCutcnen, and Rembert Mouzon sent regrets from Fort Dix. A cable was received from Deams Baylor on the S. S. America expressing his good will wish for the reunion. Alice Lee Smeltzer, Ella Frances Stewart, and Annie Mae Dennis wired regrets rom the Roosevelt Memorial hospital in Atlanta. Old memories of their high school days were brought back to the class of '41 as they all sang the Alma Mater. After the banquet, everyone danced to the melodious music df Herb fDorceyj Stackly and his Rhythm Band. Hubert Hanna was sliding his wav to fame on his trombone, and Pike Van Kenren trumpeting his way to the' topg while jack QKrupaj Gourdin was realizing his greatest ambition.
