This is the first year we have had a library in a room by itself. It is under the supervision of Mrs. Opperman (left). SAFETY PATROL SAFETY PATROL This year the safety patrol is composed of sixth graders, under the direction of Mr. Albert Hawkins. Whether it rains or shines the patrol is devoted to their job. They help the students morning, noon, and after school. CAFETERIA STAFF Pat Ross, Ruth Ann Kelly, and Judy Stover help the cooks serve the meals, as well as tending to odd jobs. The new cafeteria with all its new and better equipment is greatly appreciated by the cooks, Mrs. Plane and Mrs. Burda. It is also indirectly appreciated by the students who take advantage of the hot lunch program. Muriel Hergenreder fills in as ticket girl for Elaine Czerwiec w hen she is absent. Jean Massoll is in charge of selling milk during lunch hour. Lee Burda, an indispensable member of the cafeteria staff, prides himself as being chief dishwasher.
