L' A . s U KINGSLEY PUBLIC SCHOOL when one looks at the picture of our present school building he probably has the impression that it is large enough for our town and vicinity fbwever, such is not the case. We really are very crowded The elementary grades have a much larger enrollment than formerly, and the large classes are already beginning to come into tie high school This year we have had to have two sections of kindergarten and also two sections for any required ninth grade subject in the high school we need a room large enough for a library a place where we can have reading tables and also ade quate heating It is a long time since 18814 when we had our first schoolhouse, and 1989 when the first class was graduated The Senior Class of 1953 will be the sixty fourth class to be graduated why shou1dn't we have an alumni association too? Students, facul- ty, and the people of the community can all help our school with its efforts to meet the needs of a progressive community and, don't forget too, that we are a member of the North Central Association. We want to continue to be a member in good stand- ing, but to do so requires continuous effort on the part of all.
