WILLIAM F. HARTNEY, Principal Message The graduates of I958 form the largest class to receive diplomas in the history of our school. Your membership is distinguished not only for high scholastic achievement but also for active participation in the varied athletic. recreational and social programs that have been open to you. The knowledges. experiences, and skill you have gained provide a firm foundation for your further development. I urge you to continue your education for upon it depends not only your own welfare but the safety of the state and nation faced by the stern realities of the atomic age. The thought of your education being finished is a luxury to be enjoyed but for a moment. Education is a lifetime process that has no stopping point for like the man climbing a hill of sand unless you continue to forge ahead you will slip back. Your future education should be aimed to give emotional and intellectual balance, high standards of moral and spiritual values and the ability to make intelligent decisions. I heartily congratulate the graduates of the Class of l958 and wish for each and every one a very happy and abundant future.

From the day we entered the Freshman Class, our Board of Education has been influential in helping achieve our ultimate aim, the graduation and the receiving of our diplomas, those symbols of our achievement, which we shall so highly value.
