The Senior Class began their final year by electing as their officers: President - Mike Stake, Vice-President - Rick Woodward, Secretary - Joann Westfahl, Treasurer - Kerry Evans, Reporter - Debbie Newell. Mr.‘ and Mrs. Murray Gehringer and Mr. and Mrs. A1 Hudson were chosen as class parents. Green and white were chosen as our class colors and the daisy was chosen as our class flower. Senior Class Queen Peggy Sanders rode our third place Football Home- coming float, Wheaties - Breakfast of Champions. ' Mark Krittenbrink and Jo Ann Homier were elected as class favorites. Through hard work during Annual Week they were selected as Annual King and Queen. yKing of the Road,” the Senior Class mini-float, finished a close third in the float competition for basketball homecoming. Senior Royalty for the year included: Sandy Armstrong - Football Queen, Ruthie Gooden - Basketball Queen, Joyce Bengs - Band Queen, Donna Lawler - Chorus Queen, Vicki Mosher - Riot Squad Queen. Sandy Wilczek - FBLA Queen, Peggy Sanders - Class Queen, Vicki Vosfcuhl - FFA Queen, Mark KrittenbnnK and Jo Ann Homier - Annual King and Queen. We would like to express our appreciation to our Senior Class Sponsors, Mrs. Post, Mrs. Keller, Mr. Mustek, Mr. Jech, and Mr. Hall, for the time and effort they spent in helping our class during our activities. Looking back, our years at KHS nave been most memorable. Although we have not always been right, we have not always been wrong.
