We have so many wonderful years in high school to look back on. We have enjoyed our association with our class sponsors, Mrs. Buswell and Mr. Harmon, who have always been there to help us when we needed them. The highlight of our first semester was Homecoming Day when we presented our lovely class queen, Jeannie Springer, on our float using the theme, Red Sails in the Sun- set. We won third place on our float and first place on our skit which was based on Steve Allen's Man on the Street. This year our class was well-represented in Royalty Norina Castine was selected FFA queen and Henry Senn was FHA kingg Melvina Christy was Pep Club queeng and Veta Reiswig was crowned football queen during the half-time of the Homecoming Game. We shall remember the fun provided by giving our senior play and going on our senior Who Me? trip. It was the last outing which we enjoyed together as a class. The girls will always remember the Senior Girls Tea and the won- derful time they had. Last, but certainly not least, was the shining moment when each of us marched across the stage in his cap and gown to receive his diploma. Some of us were slightly sad in knowing that with this moment our career as high school students was ending and that we were turning another page in the Book of Life. Our Heroes! ! !
