Welcome! CAROL CAMPBELL Vice-President EDDIE GLASS President MARY LYLE DULANY Secretary-Treasurer BOBBY WOOD Reporter We entered Kingfisher Junior High School, fifty-six strong, a happy group of twenty-four girls and thirty-two boys, on September 2, 1952. The theme for our float was the wishing well, and our queen, Inez Snider, rode on our float. Our skit, “Sissy Football,” won first place and was presented at the homecoming program. We have three girls on the high school basketball team and one boy on the high school football team. We are very proud of our freshmen boys’ basketball team. The president of the student council is a member of the freshman class. The Kingfisher High School Band is enriched by fourteen of our members. Most of the class participated in the Junior High Christmas Operetta, and many had leading parts. It has been a pleasant and successful year with laughs, disappoint- ments, and happy memories of our achievements. We have enjoyed a hayrack ride and wiener roast and are anticipating the coming events: pro- motion exercises, our assembly program, skip day, and the Eighth-Ninth Grade Prom. I
