Office staff gains neiv member Much work goes into running a school, more that most people imag- ine! Some of the hardest working people are in the office. Mrs. Betty Luker joined Mrs. Hi Hatridge and Mrs. Dolores Haynes to check daily attendance, write permits and answer telephones. 1, Mrs, Haynes, the principal ' s secretary, takes a break from the hectic commotion in the office. 2. Keeping up with the records of the students is one of the |obs for Mrs Hatridge, 3. Mrs, Gloria Morrison, nurse ' s aid, helps Mrs, Luker as she calls homes to check on absentees.

Mrs. Wiggins heads Math Department The Math Department, headed by Cynthia Wiggins, started the year with the same teachers and classes. For the first time in awhile there were no changes made. 1. Mr. Longoria helps Keith Glasson in founh period trig class. 2. Mr. Smith finds it hard to get his students interested in their work. i. With all the work that goes into being an algebra teacher. Miss Gingerich still finds time to be the cheerlcading sponsor. 4. Mrs. Wig- gins and Mr. Olivarez find team teaching an advantage when grading papers.
