Coach Jerry Weiser and his team predicted a very successful year with trips to San Marcos, San Antonio, Brownsville, McAllen included. The golf team ' s plans were to win the dis- trict race the first week in April; take regionals the second week; and cap- ture the state crown for the second year in a row the first part of May.
