Last Will and Testament We, the graduating class of 1962, of King High School, being of abnormal minds, who think we are the most important class that ever journeyed into the world, do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be our Last Will and Testament in order to pass our cherished and worthless possessions to anyone worthy of them . To Mr. Neal and the faculty we leave our sincere appreciation for the knowledge and prestige you have helped us to acquire through our high school years. To the juniors, sophomores, and freshmen, we leave our seats as a graduating class, hoping you will fill them as well as we have. The following individuals leave their most valuable possessions to the members of the junior class: GLENOLA MCGEE leaves her bottle of peroxide to Carole Brandon and Nancy Hall. KAY LAWSON leaves her twisting ability to Frances Stewart. GLENDA and BRENDA KIRBY leave their ability to confuse the teachers to anyone who is willing to try. BRENDA SMITH leaves her basketball suit to Bonnie Gravely hoping she will do great things for the team, NANCY HALL leaves her memories of Walnut Cove to Janice Redding and Joann Southern. DONALD BOWLES leaves his book How to Lose 50 lbs. in Ten Easy Lessons, to Terry Tuttle. LYNN STONE bequeaths all her short skirts and little red bows to Kay Robertson, and her love for the beach to Shelby Inman. BRENDA KISER leaves all her problems, and her love for Pilot Mountain to Faye Flippin. CHARLES BARR wills his great height to Billy Webster hoping he will be able to see everything that is happening . WAYNE LONG just leaves. PEGGY MITCHELL wills her superlative Most Intellectual to Judy Watson. A JUDY MEADOWS leaves her mirror, and the title Miss King Hi to Hazel Parris. DORIS NEWSOME leaves to James Gibson her ability to iigdy next year. BRENDA WESTMORELAND leaves her ability to sleep, eat, and talk in class, and get by with it to Kathy Bennett. FAYE DEAN BROWN leaves all her past boy friends to Pam Kiser, Karen Edwards, and Doris Long. NORRIS DUGGINS and CLAYTON SMITH leave their places at Tiny Diny to Mike Boyles and Doug Smoot. JUNIOR DUGGINS leaves his charm and personality to Billy Chambers, and his ability to haul the girls around to Joe Johnson. BRUCE BENNETT leaves his comb to Johnny Shore and his good looks to Wayne Slate. CATHY HALL leaves her superlative Most Athletic to Judy Barr, and her ability to keep talking to Sandra Newsome . VICKI BOLES leaves her position as Editor of the Annual to Bonnie Kirby. BONNIE WATTS leaves to Diane Browder a can of spinach, hoping that she will grow more . JENNY BOLEJACK wills her superlative Best Personality to Mary Ann Gentry. GERALD BOYLES leaves his ability to stand up for the Chevy to E.R. Conrad. JUDITH SMITH leaves her everwinning smile to Sylvia Sprinkle. NANCY TUTTLE leaves her office as President of the Student Council to Jackie Bovender. THURMAN DODSON leaves his superlative Most Athletic to Calvin Voss. JIMMY BRANDON leaves his skill to run improper mufflers to anyone who likes to run from the police. JOHN CHAMBERS wills his formula for gun powder to Steve Covington. ROY ASI-IBY being of sound mind and body, did away with everything he had before he left. LLOYD MABE wills his dancing ability to Junior Collins. WAYNE TUTTLE wills his little black book to Bruce Robertson hoping this inform ation will last until he can get started by himself. FROSTY DENNY leaves his giggles and curly hair to Bobby Mickey and Donald Chapman. BOBBY MABE leaves his ability to court in school to Frankie Barr.
