The Operations Depart- ment includes the four divi- sions OC. OD, OE, and OI. During this cruise, as the re- sult of several overflights by Soviet aircraft, the inadvertent rendezvous with Russian subs and a conglomerate of other Russian warships, plus an NTDS experiment in the Sea of Japan. Operations has never had a dull moment. LCDR. Stewart and his OPS boys are proud to have been operation- ally ready for any flap, any time.
