CHARLIE WALKER now in his 28th year at our high school, Mr. Walker came to King City in l928 as auto shop teacher after extensive experience in machine shops and in the automobile business. One of his more unique contributions to our school was a school bus which he built out of an old passen- ger limousine. ln l95l Mr. Walker left the shops and took over the newly instituted driver education program. He has been teaching in that capacity since that date. Mr. Walker also can boast that he has purchased a yearbook each year since he began teaching. Each student he has had over the years occupies a place in Mr. Walker's pro- digious memory. U
