Minerva Williams, we wish to express our appreciation for her kindness and cooperation in our work. To her diligent coaching we owe the success of our dramatic productionsg to her efficient management of class problems, the success of our class. Her words of encouragement have at all times been an in- spiration for us to strive to do our best. SIENHOR CILASS CGflIlF'lI' An entrance gate to the athletic field was the class gift from the seniors of 1929. Two brick pillars support the steel arch into which are artistically built the words High School. On the left pillar is a bronze plate upon which is engraved the words Class of '29. This gate is lighted by two are lights, one at the top of each pillar. ' The class was undecided for a time what would be advisable to present the schoolg but, after much consideration, the gate was decided upon. Funds were provided from class dues and from the profits of the senior play. It is with pleasure that the class of '29 presents this gift to the school.
