Bob Boyer flies over the hurdles. Dean jumps from the blocks. Kenn warms up at a practice. Kindred's 4-40 Yd. Relay team, Mike Jensen, Roger Wigtil, Dean Merhiy, and Scott Bakko, pose as first place winners at the district track meet. Chip and Art do their paces. Eight boys went to the state track meet this year. They are as follows: Dean Merhiy, Bob Boyer, Mike Jensen, Charles Walberg, Kevin Tegtmeier, Roger Wigtil, Scott Bakko, and Kenn Haugen. Of these, Kenn Haugen placed third and Bob Boyer placed second in the High Jump, and Bob placed fourth in the 120 yard High Hurdles.
