Without the aid ol the beacons from the Hlighthousen ol this Mother Seaf' our good ship ol lcnowledge would soon be sailing oil course into the coral reels. lhey have done their very best to promote the general wellare ol the students ol our school. If we only had the ability ol our drops, puddles, and streams, to talte the shape ol any container, we would choose to resemble these men. If it were possible to imitate them in every way, we could consider ourselves to be a success. Page 4 DEDICATICDN Alter spending our first three years at Kimberly l-ligh, and seeing Miss l.epal4 in the halls and in our classes every day, she seemed to us, the class of '56, to be an indestructible institu- tion. Thats probably why it shocked everyone so much when they found out that she had been confined to a nearby sana- torium, a TB. victim. As the shoclc wore oil, we began thinlcing of all Miss Lepalc had done for us. The discussions in history, the smile always ready, the annual senior class play, all added up to happy re- membrances. To us, Miss Lepalc seems to be more of a Friend than a teacher. ln appreciation For all Miss Lepalc has done lor us, vve dedicate this year's Kimet to her, with our sincere wishes for a speedy recovery. Through the help oi such a strong advisor and director, we have fought the current. We started through school as little drops, and have now been turned into large bodies oi water, and flow on out into the ocean of the future. We must not forget the efficient help we have received from our office secretaries, Evelyn and Rose Mary. They were always found ready and willing to help us vvhere- ever possible.
