The nearest Depot on the Northern Rail-Road is at Lebanon village, seven miles distant 5- the nearest, on the Vermont Central, is at Hartland, Vt., about the same distance. The Institution was incorporated in 1813. The nett amount offits funds is about ibE43,000.
