BAND The band had an intensive start for the year by leading the Farmers' Day parade in October. They also constituted an active organization at basketball games. They received a real tribute from the newspaper and took an outstanding part in the March of Dimes program. They gave a concert on February 24th in conjunction with Girls' Glee Club and planned a Marching Drill and Spring Concert in May. Several members were active as soloists during the season. Next fall they hope to make a trip to Colorado University.
