Leadership, Citizen- ship Appreciation, Perseverance, Resourcetul- ness, and a Sense of Honor are the qualifica- tions an applicant must possess. A list of school activities, accomplishments, and obiectives must accompany each application. The members of the Class of 1959 selected for this honor were Fred Ricci, Richard Rumrill, and Marilyn Grenon. The purpose of these organizations is to give students an insight into the workings of our government. Richard Allen and Jean Nielsen were also nominees tor this honor but were unable to attend.
