X, ,. Calendar September 3--We started a new school term after a long vacation with 28 Big Seniors 7--Football Preview at Haysville. Killbuck gets off to a good start. 17--A new rule .... School starts at 15 till 9 and lets out at 15 after 3. --Seniors got their pictures and went around admiring themselves. --The Freshmen are initiated and given a party. 2? 25 27--First issue of the Buck Eyer. Everyone catches up on the latest gossip. October h--Freshmen enjoy a hayride and a weiner roast. 12--Homecoming Football Game. Jo Ann Carpenter reigns as queen. 12--Big record hop with Hugh Williams from Coshocton. 15--All the bands showed up in their bright colors for the County Marching Band Festival at Millersburg. 2h--The Hallowe'en Carnival goes over with a bang. The school is filled with goblins and witches. Oleta Mace reigns as queen. 25--Hurrah! No school because of Teachers Institute Meeting in Cleveland. 26--The Seniors about get pneumonia from washing cars. November 13--Seniors are signed a movie contract after the play Ready Made Family. 20--Junior High shows their ability at Music Festival at Glenmont. 27--Big game with Nashville and then a record hop. 27--Thanksgiving Program. Vacation starts tomorrow. December 3--D. A. R. Tests. Judy Schopfer and Jane Taylor struggle hard. h-Every Pupil Tests. Who makes up those things? 8-Louise Kasner and Oleta Mace represent us in the Prince of Peace contest at Millersburg. 9-Juniors go around holding out their hands so everyone can see their class rings. Real Sharp! 20--Christmas Program and Dress-Up Day. Everyone looks like movie stars. January 10--Seven brilliant Seniors travel to Mlllersburg to take the Senior Scholarship Test. 17--Semester Exams. Why didn't the teachers teach us the things they had on those tests? 31-Seniors sponser a big record hop after the game with Walnut Creek. February ls--Junior High Tournament at Glenmont 8--Chorus and band Journey to Chic Wesleyan. lb--Juniors sponser a record hop for Valentines Day. March B--Poodles Hanneford Kthe clownl entertains. --Junior High Tournament at Glenmont. lh--Everyone goes to Millersburg for the County Music Festival. A ril E--Easter Vacation. Everyone gets a lot of Easter eggs. ll-Juniors present their class play 'Hillbilly Wedding. 17-Chorus and band sail to Alliance, Chio. 18--Sth Grade Tests. What a job it is to become Freshmen! May 2--Everyone shows up for the Hay Festival. 10--Juniors entertain Seniors at Banquet and Prem. The Seniors get a reward for all their hard work. 16--Seniors present Farewell Chapel. You couldn't tell whether they were happy or sad. 18--Baccalaureate. A solemn occasion. 23--Comnzncement. We leave the best years of our life. 27--Last day of school. Vacation is here at last. 31-Seniors leave for Washington and New York. At last, we have a chance to spend our money! A5 Q4 T' A .
