Losing the I.V. game by one point was followed by the Sweetheart ceremony. Dina Hein was crowned 1979's Sweetheart Queen. The varsity game was neck and neckg with seconds remain- ing Brent Scott shot the one point victory. Spirits were high as everyone headed to the dance held in the cafeteria. When I Need You, the theme for the decorations, was carried out in rainbows, flowers, and streamers of pastels. Iivin' Ivin played a variety of disco and rock, while the Sweethearts enjoyed their last Sweet- heart Social.
