yt German Club Goes To T.A.C.S. Convention German club members attended the annual Texas Association of German Students in Austin on March 17 and 18. Carols in German entertained students at the Holiday Sing-A-Long. Students also participated in the Trinity University Lan- guage Symposium and Speech Tournament. Speech Club Receives International Thespian Charter Charter members were initiated into the Interna- tional Thespian Society, a honor society for drama students, in its first year at Keystone. Acting and crew work points must be earned by students to be chosen as a member. Lighting equipment was bought and made from the proceeds of the 1971 junior-senior play and this year's fall play. French, Spanish Clubs Work On New Lab The French club had much time to utilize their language through the year. Eight members entered Trinity University's Language Symposium this spring. The play Le Barbier de Seville par Beaumarchaisi' at Our Lady ofthe Lake College and a banquet for fourth and third year students at a French restaurant filled the French devotees time. During Christmas members sang carols en Francaise. 4'La Posada was presented at the holiday program by members of the Spanish Club. This included the traditional breaking of the pinata. Plans and Work began on a language lab. initiated by the Spanish Club Other language clubs helped on this project. Dawn as St. Nicholas amuses Barbette.
