Ushers Club Ushers Club is a group of ambitious students willing to give their time and energy for the benefit of K.O.H.S. Under the leadership of Mr. Ian Smith, they greet and seat the public at all school athletic events and other important ac- tivities. Industrial Arts lub The Industrial Arts Club, sponsored by Mr. Batterby, has become more popular than ever in the past year. This organ- ization, in addition to its regular meetings, holds work nights in the shop. This time is devoted to either individual work or a group project. Aull Projection Club One of the few service or- ganizations in K.O.H.S. is the Projection Club. From their sponsor, Mr. Ian Smith, these students learn how to operate such classroom equipment as Public Address Club One of the most necessary organ- izations in K.O.H.S. is the Public Address Club. These knowledgable young men, under the guidance of Mr. Ian Smith, operate the P.A. equipment at all school activities held in the high school gym- nasium. Even though they are rarely thanked publicly for their services, the entire student body appreciates all that they do. tape recorders, and film and slide projectors. The goal for this year was to concentrate on a personal, home, community, and international life, taking one aspect of life each nine weeks. As Future Teachers, the members have the opportunity to hear speakers, visit and observe other schools, see movies, attend local and state-wide conventions, and help sponsor school activities such as Open House, the Valentines Dance, and Teaching Career Month in April with a dinner for the teachers.
