Football Court Each year two girls from both the junior and senior classes are nominated to run for Football Homecom- ing Queen. This year's nominees were seniors Tina Adams and Debbie Wiley, and juniors Cheryl Kosler and Tila Adams. The same night we crowned a Homecoming Queen we also crowned a Homecoming Princess. One girl from the Freshman and Sophomore classes is nomi- nated to run for this honor. In 1977 the sophomore nominee was Kari Thrasher and the freshman nomi- nee was Kim Zagar. The girls' escorts are nominated by their respec- tive classes. Senior escorts were Brad Smith and J. D. Walker, junior escorts were Britt Smith and Lance Hetrick, Sophomore escort was David Kosler, and freshman escort was Tim Hanvey. Before an almost full house, the Keyes Pirates were victorious over the Felt Bulldogs. Highlighting the games was the coronation which took place between the girl's and boy's games. Tila received twelve carnations, a sash, and a tiara.
