I O O ooifv ll ff EW Lawson, Cook, Overstreet, Black, L1V1HUStOH, Glst, Vobray Hlner, Chapman, E MOP81H, Sanders, McCoy, R Moraln For the second year Keyes High School has f1elded a slx man football team wh1ch came through with a f1ve w1n three loss mark The team d1splayed flne form and f1nesse in the early games but the lack of reserves 1n the later contests proved the difference between the conference winner and a team that placed The team will be lonv remembered for the thrills it gave to the f1nal season will be Tommle Sanders, Carroll Cook, Johnn1e Chapman, Darrel McCoy and Eldon NOP81D Teams beaten th1s year were Yarbrough, Tyrone, and Eureka whlle the Keyes Pladlators suffered defeats at the hands of Goodwell and Tyrone Eldon Morain's quarterbacklnv w1ll be hard to better, but Jr Lawson Avls Gist, Kenneth Black and Norvllle H1ner along w1th Alfred Mora1n should mold into a f1ne backfield w1th Ronald Moraln at center along w1th Leonard Overstreet and Bllly Mobray at the ends plus the 8th grade graduates Bobble Roberts, Tommle Brown should make f1ne reserves It is our hope that the lncentitive to play w1ll remaln al1ve in the boys and the team to come w1ll display the courage that ourtwo teams 1n thepast have d1splayed K .
