Clinical Dietetics Technology It is the role of the clinical dietetic technician to assist the registered dietitian in the provision of nutri- tion care. Susan Wheeler - “Cheers !’” 24 MLT Just what is MLT? The main emphasis of the Medi- cal Laboratory Technology Program is to teach students how to perform alanysis and tests on different body fluids. These tests play an important role in the diagnosis of patient illnesses which can help in effective treatment of the ill- nesses.
