Defeating Richland, Thornburg and meeting Hedrick in the final round, the girls won by a score of 62 to 48 in favor of Keswick. Sectional Tourney The Sectional Tournament being held at Lacey, the girls won over Barnes City 55 to 30, Lynville 57 to 42, and in the final round defeated Cedar 57 to 32

. District Tourney February 20th the girls traveled to North English for the opening round of the District Tournament where they nosed out Millersburg by a. score of 52 to 45. In the final round the happy team won over Baxter 68 to 56. State Tourney For the first in History, the Keswick girls made their way to the State Tournament where they opened the Tournament. but Hartley's strong team was too much for them and the Kittens lost by a score of 51 to 31. State Honors were won by Helen Corrick who made the third all State Team and Beverly Morrison who won Honorable mention.
