foreword If we could but keep the sweet and vibrant memories of our school years alive and glowing in our minds forever, then perhaps a book such as this would not be necessary. But our minds need a little help--an aid to remember. This book, the 1956 RETROSPECT, attempts to serve as a guide to the happy, rich and radiant hours we spent as students at Kernersville.
