They planned the Homecoming dance, parade, and hon fireg had a Christmas party for underprivileged childreng and participated in the United Fund drive. The Y-nights after games student center, and assemblies such as the sand painter and rep tile trainer were also sponsored hy the Student Council. Not only was the Council active in town, as in the instance of its present- ation of several topics to the school hoard, hut it was also represented at district and state meetings.
