The fundamentals of diction, phonetics, speech and debate were conquered-and thereby, we became more versed in the communication arts. And in ENGLISH 12, We gained further prac- tice in communication, learned the ins and outsw of our language, and sampled generous- ly, World Literature. In training classes, we learned about man's physical self, the functions of his body systems, the location and functions of bones and muscles, and the structure of cells and tissues. Rows and rows of test tubes and shiny apparatus symbolized for us the progress of manis research for a better, finer World, through the medium of CHEMISTRY. fe . . . and-we learned about physi- cal laws that govern man's move- ment, as well as the movement of his universe and Hthingsn in his universe.
