JAMES JACKSON, a native of Gadsden, Alabama, is a Physical Education major. He is a member of Alpha Phi Omega Service Fraternity, Health 81 Physical Education Club, and the K-Club. James was the first recipient of the NCAA Athletic Scholarship Award from Kentucky State College. His main interests are sports, listening to jazz, and traveling. James is also President of the Senior Class. JAMES D. PETERS hails from Washington, D.C. He is Vice- President of the Student Council, a member of Alpha Kappa Mu Honor Society, and Phi Beta Lambda Business Fraternity. James is majoring in Business Administration. PATRICIA RUSSELL is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana. She is majoring in History 8: Political Science and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, President of the Pan-Hellenic Council, Concert and Chapel Choirs, and the International Rela- tions Club. Patty, as she is usually called, is interested mostly in any type of speaking and dramatics. DONALD LYONS is also a History 81 Political Science major from Lexington, Kentucky. He is a member of the International Rela- tions Club, Sociology Club, Treasurer of the Senior Class. He enjoys listening to jazz, photography, dancing, traveling, and reading. 2 GLORIA SPENCER, a native of Chicago, Illinois, is a Music Edu- cation major. Gloria participates in Concert 81 Chapel Choirs, Music Educators National Conference, Student Education As- sociation, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and the Pan-Hellenic Council. She enjoys singing and was presented on the Ted Mack Amateur Hour. JERRY MERIWEATHER is a Chemistry major from Hopkins- ville, Kentucky. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Alpha Mu Gamma, and the Chemistry Club. III MARTHA CROSS, hailing from Paducah, Kentucky, is a Chemis- try major with a minor in Mathematics. She is an active member of the Chemistry Club, Hunter Hall Club, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and the Pan-Hellenic Council. Martha's main interest is cooking. GREGORY NAILING is from Paducah, Kentucky, majoring in Music Education. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Music Educators National Conference and the Kentucky State College Marching Band. Gregory enjoys listening to music, sports, electronics, and likes to play the trumpet.
