Seen tion CAROL FREY We dedicate the 1983-84 edition of VISIONS to Mrs. Carol Frey, former librarian at The Kentucky School for the Blind. Following a period of volunteer service, Mrs. Frey was employed as librarian in September, 1963, and served in that capacity until her untimely death on June 17, 1983. Her contributions to our library were innumerable; her commitment to our students and staff was tireless. She was never too busy to help anyone of us - student or teacher looking for a particular book. Her enthusiasm for and love of reading was contagious. Her encouragement of crafts and needlework for leisure pastimes was appreciated by all of us. With gratitude and affection, we remember Mrs. Carol Frey, a special friend of The Kentucky School for the Blind.
