Saturday, March 7-The rifle team beat Riverside by 75 points, and then entertained them at the K Club dance. Sunday, March 8-A large officers' list was read. Monday, March 9-Rain forced postponement ot golf and tennis matches, Tuesday, March 10-The mail was slow reaching the rooms, and a near riot ensued. Wednesday, March ll-Littlepage scared Alec Hodgin with a snake. Alec then scared Colonel. Thursday, March 12-Smith nobly met Captain Keene's classes. Friday, March 13-With both Major Parsons and Sergeant Quade in Miami with the rifle team drill was a revelation. Saturday, March 14-Carter has trouble keeping out of jail on Saturday nights. Sunday, March 15-One of the days a cadet dreams about-no parade or chapel. Monday, March 16-Mitchell and Burr were on their way tonight. Tuesday, March 17-Still no news of the vagabonds. Wednesday, March 18-Baseball team loses tirst game l to U. Thursday, March 19-Downey won a ping-pong game. Friday, March 20-The tennis team beat F. M. A. 5 to U. Saturday, March 21-Dr. C. E. Hodgin arrived. Sunday, March 22-Approximately three thousand people saw the last parade in Florida. Monday, March 23-The third-year military class fired the machine gun at the Gulf. Tuesday, March 24-A beautiful day. The tennis courts and beach were very popular. Wednesday, March 25-Drill was an hour and a half long. Thursday, March 26-The Venice Merchants beat the Varsity Baseball team. Friday, March 27-Colonel Richmond returned from Washington. Saturday, March 28-The track team defeated St. Petersburg Iunior College, the present Florida State Track Champions. Getschow and Urbas broke records. Sunday, March 29--Study hall was held for one hour after chapel. Monday, March 30-Everyone took advantage of our last holiday in Florida, especially Ross Tuesday, March 31-An airplane landed on the Venice airport. What nerve! Wednesday. April l-The baseball team left for Kentucky. Thursday, April 2-Strode-Iackson devoted his time to a plan to move his zoo north Friday, April 3-Reveille at tive a. m. and on the train by seven. No newsl The cadets won a track meet from Fairdale. 12- -Ed Snyder and Captain Davis lost their tempers in English V Class. -Sling shots were used to mutilate windows during the third period. Who did it? Captain and Mrs. Wilson announced the birth of a baby girl, Betty Stewart. Captain Wilson was unable to meet his classes, but was doing as well as could be expected. -What's this? The Baseball Boys won a game from Male High School, 8 to 7. -Lefkowich went A.W.O.L. again. -Urbas also took French leave. - Tour triumphantly returned. -Extra! The Golf Team won from St. Xavier, 15112 to Zlfz. - K Club initiation was held after Taps 21- Anchorage led in the State High School Golf Championship at Owl Creek Country Club today. Anchorage won it, but Burkholder, '37, was low score man. -Final Exams began. -Albright, Getschow, G., and Pearson, S., learned to run the steam roller after Taps. -No monkey business tonight-another exam. tomorrow. -The Fowler Hall boys piled Wingert. -The faculty continued their persecution. Algebra faculty universally discussed. Major Gregg acted as toastmaster for the Senior dinner at the Kentucky Hotel. Bishop U. V. L. Darlington, father of Cadet Iulian Darlington, preached the baccalaureate sermon. Who would ever have believed it? Iohnny Harnp and his orchestra played for the Commencement Ball.
