ni D I . . . A master teacher and friend. In gratitude, respect, and appreciation we wish to dedicate this issue of the Marturian to our coach and professor, Loran A. Dace. Brother Dace is a staunch individualistg his opinions are well formulated, and he is unashamed of them. In the classroom his goal is not to transfer a voltune of notes horn my paper to the studenLs's paper, without causing the ideas to pass through either mind, but rather to cause the student to think, to manipulate ideas, to draw his own conclusions. I-Ie coaches the K. C. C. Knights to victory more often than not. In his Friday classes he always admonishes the students to Preach the Word , on Sundays he preaches at Ailles Chapel. The welfare of the school is always on his heart for he is K.C. C. 's biggest fan. He is an avid racing enthusiast fand looks remarkably like A. I. Foytjg he enjoys listening to the Tijuana Brass. Now you know the facts--we students know the man, and are the richer for it.
