It turned out to be a good season as far as results were concerned, however with seven games won and two losses. Rain forced the cancellation of two games with Hebron and several postponements. Coach Vellante did an excellent job of guiding the boys, who showed great improvement. The spirit was high all during the season. Our star pitcher was Charles Cook, who has since been signed by the Boston Red Sox. The members of the squad who received letters were Augustus Gregory, Gardiner Richardson, Marshall Sawyer, Curtis Kimball, Edward Perkins, Charles Cook, Norman Higgins, Martin Feingold, John Hamilton, Merrill Bartlett, John Bou- tilier, and Manager Roy Chapman.
