Team WOIJPJ Pau 66 A softball team consisting of two-thirds experienced seniors who grew up together had to be close. And it was. Everyone worked together and had a lot of spirit all season, commented Cindy Boyd. Working hard to better their previous 76- win - 5-loss record, the team worked over ten hours per week improving their skills, But teamwork was always overwhelmingly apparent, The girls were such good sports! lt made turnouts fun as well as edu- cational, exclaimed Kristie Daniels. After-school workouts and practice games were not the Softball teams only activities, though, They kept busy with secret pals, and had occassional work par- ties to improve the overall condition of their playing field.
