STANDING: Dale Woods, Judie Kearse, Becky Risser, Mr. lams, Steve Steinman, Craig Curtis, Kathi Hanley. The ECHO STAFF worked hard this year to purchase a new camera, put out a bigger and better book, and do away with the supplement. We held two dances, sold advertising, and took subscriptions to raise the money. No supplement meant a later delivery and a lot of disappointed students for us to face, but all of our efforts were worthwhile if you are pleased with the final results, the 66' ECHO. Some of their activities include special music at PTA meetings, banquets, bas- ketball games, and various dances. 53 RED CROSS is a new club this year, formed to serve the school, fellow friends and the com- munity by teaching safety rules and sharing with everyone. The members collected money for the Red Cross, the girls helped at Hardin County Home, and helped a family whose home had burned. Their Operation Christmas Star provided 107 boxes of material to send to soldiers in Viet Nam. f Cd Cross ROW ONE: G. Rail, K. Baldwin. B. Price, J. Barger, B. Price. P. Bondi, L. Hall. S. They sponsored the Homecoming Dance October 29, in the Junior High School gym. The bookmobile gave students a chance to buy paperbacks. They set dates for dances and paid expenses for the concession stands, including a new popcorn popper. A handbook was again assembled and will be printed for next year's students. At the end of the year money was given to Dollars for Scholars and two $100 scholarships were sponsored for seniors. Hoys St(ltC v. Kirkland, Delegate; L. Huff, Al- ternate; B. Stone. Alternate.
