One Senior, Mary Roby; Four Juniors, Sandra Layton, Dorothy Burba, Darlene Paul and Nancy Todd were chosen in 1956. These students are superior in Journalism, in the upper- third of their class, approved by their teacher, Mr. Thornton Lynam, Jr. and accepted by the Society. Quill and Scroll was organized in 1926 and installed in K.H.S. in 1949. It is the Robert A. Weaver Chapter.
