National iBnnnr oriety of rronftitrtj rhoolo The se lection of sixteen members of the Class of 1955 to active membership in the National Honor Society marks the eighteenth group of Seniors to be so honored since the institution of the Simon Kenton Chapter in 1938. Leadership inschool and community activities is achieved mainly by force of a magnetic personality, unwavering sincerity, and devotion to duty. Courtesy in manners, respect for the digni ty of authori ty, leadership and service in student and community affairs, combined with high scholarship have always been the mark of student honor.
